A day after a video showing a young stone pelter being shot dead from close range went viral; a new video has hit the social networking sites.

In the video that is doing rounds on many social media platforms, a person is seen tied to the front of an army vehicle that is followed by other army vehicles. National Conference (NC) has alleged that the incident happened in Gundipora, Beerwah in central Kashmir’s Budgam district where they claim the civilian was used as a human shield.

NC working president and former J&K chief minister took to twitter and posted still grabs from the video.

“This young man was TIED to the front of an army jeep to make sure no stones were thrown at the jeep? This is just so shocking!!!! #Kashmir” Omar Abdullah wrote.

Omar also shared the videos saying “Here’s the video as well. A warning can be heard saying stone pelters will meet this fate. This requires an urgent inquiry & follow up NOW!”

After the video surfaced, the army has institutued an inquery into the incident and is ascertaining the varacity of the evideo.

“The contents of the video are being verified and investigated”, a defence spokerperson told the Kashmir Vision.

Earlier a video of CRPF perssonnel being hackled by people had gone viral and had generated lot of rage by many prmonant celebrities across various filed.

All these videos relate to the polls for by election to Srinagar Lok Sabha segment that saw a dismal 7 percent voter turnout.
