SRINAGAR: To ensure home delivery of domestic LPG cylinders, the Enforcement Squad of CAPD, Kashmir imposed a penalty of Rs 20,000 for violation of distribution of LPG home delivery under PDS to registered consumers, an official spokesperson said.
During the inspection, Enforcement Squad found that M/s New Paradise Gas Agency was making point delivery of LPG cylinders at Kohnkhan instead of home delivery, which is a brazen violation of the rules governing the delivery and distribution of LPG to the consumers and penalized the agency on the spot.
