Budgam: The authorities on Thursday demolished an illegal brick kiln at Parisabad village in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
SHO of police Station Budgam told the Kashmir Reader that the officials from the district administration along with the police today demolished the illegal brick kiln in the village.
Even though police said that they had to face resistance from some women and locals during the demolition they carried the operation and succeeded in demolishing the illegal kiln.
The SHO said that the law and order situation in the area remained under control.
A case has been registered in the police station under FIR no 104/2021 against the brick kiln owner and miscreants.
