Srinagar: A special TADA/ POTA court on Monday framed charges against separatist leader Muhammad Yasin Malik in the case of Rubiya Sayeed’s kidnapping.
Official sources told news agency KNO that 3rd Additional Sessions (Special judge TADA/POTA) Jammu framed the charges against Malik.
