Kupwara: A soldier of border security forces (BSF) shoots himself to death in frontier north Kashmir district Kupwara on Wednesday.
Police sources said that BSF personnel namely HC Bharinder Singh belonging to 118 battalion BSF shot himself with his service rifle in Tanghdar area of the district Kupwara on Wednesday.
The other soldiers shifted him to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead. Meanwhile police register a case and start its investigation.
