BARAMULLA: Deputy commissioner (DC) Baramulla who is also district magistrate has directed police to register FIR against the three hotels in Baramulla town who violated the lockdown orders.
Under order number DMB/2844-45 dated on 29-06-2020, the DC directed superintendent of police Baramulla to lodge FIR against the three hotels including Hotel Dawat, Hotel Shahi Sakoon and Hotel Lovely of Baramulla town who found violating the SOP’s by way opening their hotels with dining facilities within hotel premises.
“You are requested to kindly lodge an FIR against all the three hotels with immediate effect for violating the SOP’s,” the order copy reads.
