SRINAGAR: Shopkeepers from Solina Bazaar here, whose shops will get affected by the Jehanghir Chowk – Rambagh Flyover, on which the construction has already began, have called on Rural Development Minister, Ali Mohammad Sagar and Additional General Secretary, National Conference, Mustafa Kamal to discuss their problems, Traders Association Solina Bazaar said Wednesday in a statement.
The delegation was led by the association president, Abdul Aziz Durrani, while as NC provincial president, Nasir Aslam Wani and MLA, Batamaloo Irfan Ahmad Shah was also present at the meeting.
Durrani said the minister and other NC members listened to their problems patiently and assured the affected traders that they will provide all support to solve their problems.
“These leaders also assured us that they will take the matter with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at the earliest,” Durrani said.
Solina traders also thanked President, Kashmir Traders and Manufactures Associations, Mohammad Yasin Khan for his continuous support and raising the issue at the relevant quarters.
