JAMMU: Government has directed that all the orders of transfers in School Education Department issued on or before 4th of March, 2014 and have not been implemented as on or before 5th March, 2014 fore-noon are kept in abeyance during the Model Code of Conduct which is already in force with immediate effect as announced by the Election Commission of India on 5 March, 2014.
As per the circular issued here by School Education Department, all the concerned DDOs in School Education Department are directed to implement this order in letter and spirit and any violation in this regard shall be viewed seriously and stern action shall be taken.
