SHOPIAN: While implementing restriction orders in view of the corona virus pandemic, Shopian police booked 16 persons who were found violating the orders of District Magistrate Shopian .
In this regard two FIRs have been registerd one at PS Shopian (35/20 u/s 188,269,271 IPC and another at PS Keller (FIR no.8/20 U/S 188 IPC).
Shopian Police has constantly been making announcements appealing people not to come out of their houses unnecessarily and adhere to the health guidelines
