Jammu: While reinforcing that the government was committed to the “honourable” return of Kashmiri Pandits to the valley, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti Saturday said that Kashmiri Pandits were a part of the state, like other communities are.
“We are committed to the honourable return of Kashmiri Pandits to the valley with dignity. Kashmir belongs to them as much as it does to any other community. They are an enduring symbol of J&K’s composite culture and syncretic identity,” Mehbooba tweeted.
