Srinagar: Government forces on Thursday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Wopzan village of Bijbehara tehsil in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Sources said that RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF launched the operation jointly after militant movement was detected in the area.
They added that large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation is going on.
