Jammu: Jammu Kashmir Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu Thursday during his budget speech said that 7th Pay Commission recommendation would be implemented from April 1, 2018.
He also announced 1 percent increase in Dearness Allowances (DA) to the employees of the state government.
In his fourth Budget speech, Drabu said that the unmarried daughters of employee will be eligible to receive the pension.
