Baramulla:Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Baramulla Farooq Ahmad Baba today imposed a fine of Rs 22,200 on 7 leading companies and hoteliers over providing sub-standard services to the visiting customers.
A team of officials led by the Assistant Commissioner Food Safety Azhar Iqbal and Food Safety officer Yasir Haleem inspected these companies and hotels wherein they found the sub-standard services being provided to the people. The matter was brought into the notice of ADC, who is also the adjudicating officer, imposed a fine under section 51 of Food Safety & Standard (FSS) Act.
