Baramulla: Government forces on Friday launched a Cordon and Search Operation in three areas of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district sources said.
Sources said that the forces are conducting search operation in Nagri Muchbawn PP Hatmulla, Kanipora Kalaroose and at Chopan Mohalla Anderbug of P/S Lalapora following a tip off about the presence of militants in the areas.
Search operation was going on when the last reports came in.
Yesterday a massive search operation was launched in at least twenty villages of south Kashmir’s Shopian and Kulgam districts which ended peacefully.
