GANDERBAL: To review and strengthen the overall security scenario in the district, SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal–JKPS chaired a security review meeting at the Conference Hall, DPO Ganderbal.
The meeting was attended by senior officers of police, officers of Army and CAPF’s, including SHOs and DOs of the district.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the prevailing security situation, deployment strategies, coordination mechanisms, and law and order preparedness across the district. SSP Ganderbal emphasized the need for close synergy among all security agencies, timely intelligence sharing, and enhanced area domination to ensure peace and stability.
He directed the officers to maintain high alertness, strengthen patrolling and checkpoint systems, and adopt a people-friendly policing approach to enhance public confidence and cooperation.
SSP Ganderbal appreciated the efforts of the officers in maintaining peace and harmony and urged them to continue their work with dedication, professionalism, and a proactive approach towards emerging challenges.
