Following the killing of two militants in a gunfight yesterday, a complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam district today for the second consecutive day.
According to reports the shutdown is being observed in Kulgam, Qaimoh, Yaripora, Devsar and Damhal Hanjipora tehsils today.
Yesterday two militants of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen outfit, Dawood Ahmad Allai of Hawoora and Sayar Ahmad Wani of Wanpora area of Qaimoh, were killed in a gunfight with forces in Khudwani area yesterday morning.
