Srinagar: The Government on Monday ordered transfer of two JKAS officers in the interest of administration.
According to an order, Manzoor Ahmad, Additional Secretary (Legal), Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary with the Deputy Chief Minister.
Abdul Khabir, JKAS, Special Assistant with the Deputy Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Mining Department. The order shall take effect immediately.
On May 20, the government ordered that Shailendra Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1995), Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department (holding additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Department and Gardens), shall hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Finance Department, in addition of his own duties, during the leave period of Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, IAS [AGMUT:1998].
