AWANTIPORA: The Centre for Career Counselling and Placements, in collaboration with the Centre for International Relations (CIR), Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), organized a one-day workshop on “Soft Skills Development.”
The workshop highlighted the critical role of interpersonal and professional skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making in shaping students for the modern workplace.
