The Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today accorded sanction to the promotion of IPS Officers of J&K Cadre of 1999 Batch, Mr. S. Anand Jain and Mr. S.R. Samuel on proforma basis, Mr. Nitish Kumar, Mr. Ashkoor Ahmed Wani and Nisar Ahmed to the Super Time Scale – (ii)-IGP (Level 14 in the Pay Matrix), w.e.f. 05.06.2017.
