A Baramulla Court Wednesday sent separatist leader Masarat Alam Bhat to judicial remand till May 3, 2017.
Masarat was booked under fresh FIR No. 52/2017 registered in police station Baramulla after he was re-arrested in the jail premises on Monday.
Earlier, Hurriyat (G) leader and Muslim League chairman, Masarat was granted bail in FIR No 258/2016.
“Masarat was produced before a court in Baramulla where he was sent to fresh judicial remand,” said party sources.
