BARAMULLA: Over a dozen people were injured when a bus met with an accident in Babareshi area of Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Official sources said that a bus having registration number JK05-9752 turns turtle at the Sharanzfall in Babareshi area of Baramulla in which over one dozen people including some minors received injuries who were later shifted to nearby health centres for treatment, while few other were shifted to GMC Baramulla for advanced treatment.
They said that some people from Kitchama village of Narvaw Baramulla were on a picnic to Baba Reshi shrine when it turned turtle.
Meanwhile, the police registered a report and also launched an investigation.
Our first priority was to shift the injured to hospital for treatment, later we will see who gave permission to them for a picnic in Covid 19, a police official said.
