SRINAGAR: Paying glowing tributes to Imam-e-Aali Maqam Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his loyal companions, Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “Youm-e-Ashura reminds us of the timeless lesson taught by Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions: that we must always uphold truth and justice, and never bow before oppression, even if it costs us our lives.”
“Shuhada-e-Karbala set an eternal example of courage and sacrifice by upholding truth and justice and by standing firm against the oppressors and the enemies of Islam,” he added.
Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari further said, “Youm-e-Ashura reminds us of the courage, strength, and values shown by Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions. Their sacrifice continues to inspire people to speak the truth, support justice, and stand against oppression, no matter how difficult the situation may be.”
Meanwhile, Altaf Bukhari, accompanied by several senior party leaders on Thursday visited Bandipora to offer condolences to two bereaved families.
According to a press release issued here, Bukhari and the accompanying party leaders visited the residence of Professor Mohammad Ismail Ashna to offer their condolences on the demise of his brother-in-law, Khwaja Ghulam Hassan Bhat.
The leaders met the bereaved family members, conveyed their heartfelt condolences, and expressed solidarity with them during this difficult time. They also prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength and patience for the bereaved family to bear the loss.
Meanwhile, the party leaders also visited the residence of Mohammad Ashraf Rather in Dodwan, S.K. Bala, to offer their condolences over the tragic demise of Tabina Shabir, daughter of Shabir Ahmad Rather, who recently lost her life in an accident.
The leaders expressed their deep sympathy with the bereaved family and said that they stand in solidarity with them in this hour of profound grief and sorrow. They prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for the family to endure this irreparable loss.
