BARAMULLA: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, J&K Police conducted a wild cannabis (bhang) destruction drive in the GahoolTangpora area of Baramulla.
During the drive, wild cannabis plants growing over a considerable area were identified and destroyed on the spot. The operation was carried out to curb the illegal growth of cannabis and promote a drug-free society.
Police remain committed to intensifying such drives across the district and seeks the continued cooperation of the public in eliminating the menace of narcotics from society.
