SRINAGAR/JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Boxing Association will conduct selection trials at the Indoor Sports Complex, M.A. Stadium, Jammu, on June 6, 2026, prior to participation in the 5th Sub-Junior Boys and Girls National Boxing Championship to be held at Jalandhar from June 22 to 29, 2026, according to an official notification.
Eligibility
Boxers born between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2013, are eligible to participate in the trials.
Required Documents
Eligible boxers have been informed to report to Rajan Sharma (mobile number: 9419145390) on or before June 5 along with the following original certificates:
1. Date of birth certificate
2. Medical book (if already issued by BFI)
3. Non-pregnancy certificate (for women only)
4. Sports Council medical form duly certified by a medical officer
5. Domicile certificate
6. HIV, Hepatitis B & C negative certificate valid for the last three months
7. BFI Annual Medical Form
8. Four photographs
9. Bank account number (mandatory)
10. Municipal birth certificate (issued/registered within one year of birth)
11. Aadhaar card (must be linked with a mobile number that can be verified with issuing authority)
Note: Boxers have been instructed to bring two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned certificates.
