Bandipora: Hajin police arrested one drug peddler and recovered 6kg and 700 grams of bhang powder from his possession.
Acting on a specific information police party of Police station Hajin led by SHO PS-Hajin during naka checking at Ladipora Gund Prang noticed suspicious movement of a pedestrian carrying a nylon bag,on search of his bag, bhang powder weighing 6KG’S was recovered.The accused person has been identified as Tariq Ahmad Lourihanji son of Ali Mohd Lourhanji a resident of Bakshibal Hajin.
In this regard Case FIR No. 07/2026 under different sections of NDPS Act stands registered at Police Station Hajin and further investigation taken up.
