SRINAGAR: The Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu and Kashmir Satish Sharma on Friday met several individual and public delegations at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subha.

The interaction formed part of the Omar government’s ongoing outreach initiative aimed at strengthening public engagement and addressing grassroots-level concerns.

During the meeting, the delegations brought forth a wide range of public as well as personal grievances pertaining to essential services, consumer welfare, and local developmental issues.

Satish Sharma listened patiently to each representation and assured the delegations that their concerns would be examined with due seriousness. He emphasized the government’s commitment to transparent governance, efficient service delivery, and timely redressal of genuine grievances.

The Minister directed the concerned officials to take immediate cognizance of the issues raised and ensure that necessary follow-up action is initiated without delay.

Prominent party leaders and functionaries, including Aga Syed Mehmood, Hasnain Masoodi, Syed Tawqeer, and Pir Afaq Ahmad were present on the occasion.
