‘Highest individual scores by Indians in T20s’

NEW DELHI: Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored a century during India A’s match against the United Arab Emirates in Doha in the Rising Stars Asia Cup 2025 on Friday.

He completed the hundred in just 32 balls, making it the joint-second fastest ton by an Indian batter in T20s. Rishabh Pant also has a hundred in 32 balls, which came for Delhi against Himachal Pradesh in 2018.

Suryavanshi’s 144, which came of just 42 balls, was the fourth-highest score by an Indian batter in the shortest format. Tilak Varma holds the record for the highest individual T20 score by an Indian.

India-A piled up a massive total of 297 for four courtesy of Suryavanshi’s fiery batting, the joint-fifth highest team score in T20 cricket.
