Hajin: Civil Society Hajin on Thursday organized a candlelight vigil to protest against the Delhi Red Fort terror attack, which claimed the lives of twelve people.

The march began from the main market and concluded at the bus stand, with dozens of locals participating in the peaceful protest. Participants held candles and placards, denouncing the horrific act of violence and expressing solidarity with the victims and their families.

Speaking to reporters during the vigil, one of the protesters said, “This is not just an attack on civilians but an attack on humanity. No words can describe this barbaric and inhumane act. We strongly condemn this cowardly crime, and those involved must be brought to justice with the harshest punishment.”

Journalist Gowhar Maqbool, while talking to reporters, said, “We stand with the survivors, and my heart goes out to all the families who lost their loved ones.” Calling it a “barbaric and inhuman act,” he added, “No religion permits the killing of unarmed and innocent people. This was a heinous, cowardly act that must be condemned  by all.”
