SRINAGAR: Anjuman Auqaf Jamia Masjid Srinagar, as per tradition, will hold a special Majlis-e-Rahmat-ul-lil-Alameen (SAW) on Friday, 12 September 2025, from 12:00 noon at the historic Central Jamia Masjid Srinagar.
The gathering will be attended by the respected scholar Maulana Rahmatullah Mir Al-Qasmi of Darul Uloom Rahimiyah, who will also address the gathering. Other scholars and Na‘at Khwans will speak about the life and message of the Prophet (SAW) and present tributes in his praise, the Anjuman said in a statement issued here.
The session will be presided over by the President of Anjuman Auqaf and Mirwaiz of Kashmir, Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq.
The Anjuman has appealed to all to attend this blessed gathering in large numbers.
