SRINAGAR: In a dedicated effort to support and assist the distressed residents of Bhatpura Panchayat in Tangdhar, who have been displaced due to ceasefire violation incidents along the Line of Control (LoC), the Chinar Corps of the Indian Army has once again stepped forward. The Corps distributed essential relief materials to families living along the LoC in Kashmir.
This initiative responds to the psychological and emotional trauma suffered by innocent civilians caused by relentless and targeted firing by the Pakistani Army, PRO Defence said in a statement issued here.
The aid distribution is part of the Chinar Corps’ ongoing humanitarian outreach efforts and reflects the Indian Army’s commitment to the well-being of its people, he said.
