He will also review the developmental projects underway in a separate meeting.
Shah arrived in Jammu on Sunday evening where he presided over a crucial meeting of party leaders at Jammu headquarters.
He also visited the International Border in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district where he addressed contingents of Border Security Force (BSF).
The Union Minister is supposed to take a review of the security situation with top brass of security agencies in Kashmir valley and other developmental issues with Lieutenant Governor-led administration and Omar Abdullah-led elected government.
