Jammu: Dr Syed Abid Rashid Shah, the 2012 batch AGMUT Cadre IAS officer has been redesignated as Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir, following his promotion to the Selection Grade (Level-13 in the Pay Matrix).
