Srinagar: A terrorist associate was arrested along with arms and ammunition in Nadihal area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora on Saturday evening
Officials told GNS that during joint Naka of Police and army’s14RR at Nadihal this evening, a person was seen moving suspiciously; when he was challenged he tried to flee. However, security forces tactically apprehended the terrorist associate.
He has been identified as Waseem Ahmad Malik, son of Abdul Ganie Malik, resident of Gundpora Rampura, Bandipora, the officials said.
They added one pistol, one hand grenade and 15 rounds were recovered from his possession.
