BARAMULLA: In a significant move to enhance road safety and curb traffic violations, police in Baramulla seized 35 vehicles and booked 58 individuals for rash and negligent driving. This comprehensive operation was conducted under the direction of SSP Baramulla, Mohammad Zaid Malik-JKPS.
The crackdown specifically targeted Tippers and Dumpers engaged in reckless driving and operating without proper documentation. The seized vehicles were confiscated, and cases were registered against the violators at local police stations, police said in a statement.
