SRINAGAR: The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) has strongly condemned the outrageous statement made by Mahant Narsinghanand regarding Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
“His remarks have deeply offended not only the sentiments of Muslims but also those who are sensitive to and respectful of the beliefs of various faiths, including their religious leaders, prophets, and saints,” the Chamber said in a statement issued here.
The KCCI asserted that such statements are intended to provoke and spread hate and violence among communities. It called for immediate action and accountability for Mahant Narsinghanand, who has a history of similar inflammatory remarks and has multiple cases registered against him.
The Chamber has urged law enforcement agencies to prevent individuals like him from making statements that could undermine communal harmony and peace.
