JNU invites applications from int’l students for UG admissions

New Delhi: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is inviting applications from international students for admission to undergraduate programmes in the academic year 2024-25. There is a separate application form for the foreign nationals, which can be downloaded from the official website of the university — jnu.ac.in. The last date for submission of the application form is April 26, 2024.
Although the international students applying from their countries will not have to take the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET UG 2024), all foreign nationals present in India will be required to appear CUET UG subject to their fulfilling of the minimum eligibility requirement as prescribed for the Indian students subject to the equivalence of their qualification and production of student visa or research visa.
JNU Admission Procedure
– The candidate may download the application form from the website of the university — jnu.ac.in or jnu.ac.in/Admission/International and send the application form along with all required documents as indicated in the application form, through the post to “Section Officer (Admission-II), Room No. 20, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi-110067”.
– The application form should be filled in block letter only, without any cutting or correction. Illegible form will not be accepted.
– Candidates are required to pay US Dollar $42.00 as an application processing fee through NEFT in the university Account No. 31694564171 or Bank Draft of US Dollar $42.00 (including GST) or equivalent Indian amount of Rs 3,486 drawn in favour of “Jawaharlal Nehru University” payable at New Delhi. Candidate has to indicate his/her name, country and programme details during the payment transaction.
