Srinagar: SIU Baramulla produces chargesheet against three accused persons in a case before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla.
“The chargesheet of case FIR No. 103/2023 under section 7/25 IA Act 13, 18, 23 and 39 UAPA of Police Station Uri under investigation with SIU Baramulla has been produced before the Hon’ble Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla” a police spokesperson said. He said the case has been produced against three accused persons namely Showkat Ali Awan son of Ab Kareem Awan, Ahmad Din Khatana son of Shakir Din Khatana and Mohd Sideeq Khatana son of Umer Din Khatana, all residents of Churunda Uri Baramulla.
