SRINAGAR: Krishi Vigyan Kendra Budgam under SKUAST-K Tuesday organised Annual Animal Clinical Camp at Nagbal Pakherpora.
The clinical camp was attended by Prof Dil Mohammad Makhdoomi, Director Extension SKUAST-K, Dr Muzamil Maqbool Beigh, Subdivisional Magistrate Chadoora, Dr. Bilal Ahmad Lone, Sr. Scientist & Head KVK Budgam, Dr. Mir Nadeem Hassan, Scientist Animal Science KVK Budgam, Dr Nisar Ahmad, BVO Charariesharief, experts from the Department of Veterinary clinical medicine, Vety. Surgery and Radiology, Vety. Obestrictics & Gynaecology Faculty of Vety. Sciences & Animal Husbandry Shuhama, SKUAST-Kashmir, Veterinary Assistant Surgeons from Animal and Sheep Husbandry Deptt. Budgam and scientific staff of the Kendra.
During the camp, hundreds of large and small animals were evaluated and treated on the spot for various ailments. Free-of-cost Veterinary Medicine kits which included anthelminthic, mineral mixture, calcium supplementation etc was also distributed.
