PAMPORE:A three-day workshop on Personality Development (Pursuit of Excellence) started at the Government Degree College, Pampore on Tuesday.The programme was attended by Principal GDC Pampore Dr Huda Galzai, Chief Organiser Fallah Behbood Committee Pampore Mir Murwat Hussain, GDC officials, faculty members and a number of students of the college, officials told Kashmir Reader.
The first day of the technical session was organised in collabration with Carrier Counseling Cell Government Degree College Pampore.On the occasion, various participants presented their views on their respective topics and discussed important points like personality development.
GDC Pampore Dr. Iqbal Malik introduced and welcomed the resource persons in the inaugural session.At the inaugural function, Monisha Qadri explained the role and importance of media and how a person can make his/her career in media management. Mir Waris Murawat participated and spoke on the topic: Career prospects after MBA.In his speech, he emphasized developing communication and leadership skills.
Block Medical Officer Sub District Hospital Pampore Dr Asima Nazir spoke on the topic Carree in Science.She shared her vast experiences with the students.In her speech, she emphasized the role of doctors, the patient-doctor relationship and how doctors play an important role in the recent pandemic Covid 19.The entire session was an interactive session and the speakers answered many queries raised by the students.
The entire session was coordinated with the support of the Principal, faculty and non-teaching staff.The session was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mir Murawat Hussain.
