Srinagar: One week training programme “Poultry Feeding Management for Sustainable and Profitable Business” was inaugurated at Division of Animal Nutrition on December 14th, 2022 under Existing Management Development Programme (MDP) of Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME), In all 25 farmers from the satellite villages of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Shuhama are participating in the programme.
Dr. Yasir Afzal Beigh, Course coordinator of the programme welcomed the trainees and gave the overview of the programme.
Head of the Division, Prof. Abdul Majeed Gaani, in his inaugural adress threw light on various aspects of economising poultry feeding on the occasion.
To mention there are 13 such training programmes approved to various Divisions of Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Shuhama under 66 sanctioned programmes to SKUAST-K ahmad
