SRINAGAR: Krishi Vigyan Kendra Malangpora Pulwama today kick started seven days STRY training programme on “Economic dairy farming for livelihood generation”w.e.f December 12th-18th,2022.Where more than 28 trainees participated in said programme.
The aim of the programme is to develop the skill of the rural youth in dairy farming so that they will become job providers rather than job seekers. The course coordinator of STRY training programme Dr. Aijaz Ahmad Ganie welcomed the chief guest of the programme.
Dr. Javeed Ahmad Mugloo (Prof & Head KVK/ETC, Malangpora), Scientists of the Kendra & rural youth-the participants of the programme. Prof & Head while speaking on the occasion highlighted the role of KVK in skill development of rural youth through various STRY programmes that KVK is going to conduct during upcoming days.
It is worth to mention that besides various subject matter specialists at the Kendra; the resource persons from various faculties are invited for deliberating on the subject and one day is exclusively reserved for practical visit during these seven days training programme.
