DODA: To cover the out of school children and school drop outs under the Routine Immunization, the District Administration Doda and Health Department have started a special drive to reach out to such families/areas.
In this regard, the health department has started a House to House survey in all Medical Blocks of the District to inquire about the children who missed the routine immunization. The villagers are being asked to voluntarily inform their nearby health centres, ASHA or Anganwadi Centres till Nov 10, 2022. After 11-11-2022 onwards, the department will depute health immunization teams to that area/locality to cover/vaccinate the drop out and out of school children.
The health Department has appealed the public to volunteer to be the part of this special initiative of District Administration and protect their child against various infectious diseases.
