3 Nepal labourers among 4 injured after vehicle collision near Galander Pampore

PAMPORE: Four persons including three Nepal labourers were injured after a head-on collision between two vehicles near Galander area of Saffron Town Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said on Friday.
SHO Pampore Adil Ashraf told Kashmir Reader that accident took place late Thursday evening on the old Srinagar-Jammu national highway near Galander bridge area of Pampore between a cab bearing registration number JK18-1900 and bus bearing registration number JK01X-3607, resulting into injuries to four passengers boarding the cab.
After receiving information about the incident police Pampore reached the spot and took the injured persons to Sun district hospital Pampore from treatment.
The injured persons have been identified as Mohammad Aslam Malik son of Mohammad Yousf, resident of Kakapora Pulwama, Bran Kumar son of Bris Lal, Ranjeet son of Roodi Lal and Anooj son of Bras Patiya, all residents of Nepal.
A case FIR no 115/2022 under section 279, 337, 427 IPC has been registered at police station Pampore and both vehicles involved in the accident seized.
RMO SDH Pampore Dr Bilal Ahmad told Kashmir Reader that 3 injured persons were received by the hospital.
Two of the injured have been shifted to the SMHS hospital Srinagar from SDH Pampore and one injured another injured referred by locals to SMHS for specialized treatment, while another injured discharged after treatment from Sub district hospital Pampore.
