Workers convention of Minhaj Ul Quran International India Kashmir, held at Pampore

Srinagar: Minhaj ul Quran International India, Kashmir (MQII, Kashmir) held its second Annual Workers Convention at Town Hall Pampore wherein a huge number of members of Minhaj ul Quran and other people from all corners of Kashmir Valley participated. Dr. Arshid ul Qadri, President, MQII, Kashmir presided over the whole session and gave out a clear message that Minhaj ul Quran does not believe in sectarianism rather believe on oneness and unity of Muslim Ummah. He further said that there is a trend going on between Ullamas who are trying to divide the Ummah for their petty gains but Minhaj ul Quran was and is at forefront to tackle such attempts. Minhaj ul Quran is meant to unite the humanity in general and Muslim Ummah in particular and we shall leave no stone unturned to eradicate the hatred and promote peace, love and harmony.
The convention was started with recitation of Holy Quran by Qari Bakhtawar Ali followed by Naat e Shareef by Jenab Zahid Gani followed by the speech of many eminent speakers from Minhaj ul Quran.
Other speakers/dignitaries included Mohammad Ashraf Zargar (General Secretary), Aiijaz Ahmad Mir (Financial Secretary), Nisar Ahmad (Secretary Minhaj Education Society, Kashmir), Abdul Rashid Khan (Former President, MQII Kashmir), Jenab Sofi Muhammad Subhan Sahab, Jenab Mukhtar Ahmad (Former Secretary, Shahi Hamadan Trust Pampore), Mohammad Saleem Rather, Mufti Hafiz Tariq Ahmad Saqafi, Touseef Ahmad Wani (Research Scholar), Arsheed Ahmad Khan besides all District Presidents / Secretaries of MQII, Kashmir.
