RSETI Ramban trains 35 youth in Dairy Farming, Vermi Compost making at Khari

RAMBAN: The Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Ramban, has trained a group of 35 youth in Dairy Farming & Vermi Compost Making here at Kawana (Khari) District Ramban.
During the 10 Day training programme, trainees were imparted different skills including, Treatment of animals (Cow and Buffalo), Breeds of Cow, Artificial Insemination etc.
A Video film on dairy management, vermin Composting, Organic farming and procedure to set up Dairy Farm was also screened for the trainees.
The trainees were also acquainted with EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Program) including Time Management, Problem Solving, Risk Taking & Goal Setting.
The Branch Manager, J&K Bank Khari, Jugal Kishore & JCO 23RR Buzla, Amit Kumar Singh was the Chief Guest at the valedictory function. Branch Manager Khari interacted with the trainees and shared his views on self-employment. He highlighted the Government Sponsored Schemes for the upliftment of Rural Youths in the field of Self Employment and educated them about the Technical skill.
Senior Faculty Amrik Singh also interacted with the trainees and advised them to take the benefits of Differential Rate of Interest (DRI) Loan, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana(PMSBY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY) & Tarun, Kishor, and Shishu Mudra Loan schemes and wished them best of luck for future endeavors.
The trainees thanked the SBI RSETI Ramban for conducting 10 day training programme in Khari.
