Naib Tehsildar Mohammad Altaf of Chandhara Pampore passed away

PAMPORE: Naib Tehsildar Wachi Altaf Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Aziz Dar left for heavenly abode on Monday at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar.
Altaf,42, was a resident of Chandhara village of Pampore Tehsil and was posted at Tehsil office Wacchi in Shopian as Naib Tehsildar.
He left three minor daughters and a wife He also served as Naib Tehsildar Awantipora during 2017 to 2021.
He was quite approachable and was loved by people for his humbleness and polite behavior.
His sudden death came as a shocker to his friends and relatives.
Soon after the news hundreds of people visited at his residence to participate in the last rites, eyewitness told Kashmir Reader.
Tehsildar Pampore Zubair Ahmad, Tehsildar Waqf Board J&K Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din, Tehsildar official Pampo Mir Murwat Hussian,Colleagues and other revenue officials expressed deep shock and grief over the death of Mohammad Altaf Dar.
They also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members.
In their Condolence message issued to Kashmir Reader, officers termed the deceased as a noble soul and dedicated officer of revenue department.
Secretary Labour and Employment Ajaz Bhat also express grief over sudden death of Naib Tehsildar Wacchi Mohammad Altaf Dar and expresses heartfelt condolences to the the bereaved family and prays to Almighty Allah to bestow Jannah for the departed soul.
In a message media person Bilal Habib, Syed Manzoor, Dar Tariq , Javaid Sofi Progressive farmer and Kissan Advisory Board member Irshad Ahmad Dar condoled the demise of Naib Tehsildar Wacchi and expressed solidarity with breaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant highest place in Jannah to the deceased.
J&K Teachers Forum Zone Pampore expresses grief and sorrow over the sad demise of husband of Shaheena Bhat Teacher PS Khairpeath Chandhara Mohammad Altaf (Naib Tehsildar) who left for heavenly abode after a brief illness. All the teaching fraternity of this Zone is deeply saddened by this loss and our hearts and prayers are with the bereaved family at this difficult time.
Zonal President Pampore Bilal Ahmad Wani and whole teaching fraternity of this Zone extended heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family on this irreparable loss and prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul, patience and courage to the bereaved family.
The deceased was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard at Chandhara village of Pampore where hundreds of people including government officials of Revenue department participated in his Nimaz e Jinaza on Monday evening.
