SRINAGAR: Islamia College of Science and Commerce (ICSC) Wednesday organised Annual Road Race(Boys) here.
ICSC Principal ICSC Prof. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir flagged off the event at Nishat Garden Crossing and culminated at the Duck Park Point Northern Foreshore Road.
Around 51 students participated in the race.
The 1st Position was bagged by Suhail Nisar Shah of MBA third Sem followed by Sajad Hussain of B.Sc 6th Sem and third position was bagged by Muzammil Hilal of B. Sc second Sem.
ICSC principal gave away the prizes. Speaking on the occasion he also congratulated the winners and emphasized the spirit and significance behind holing such events.
Associate Prof (Dr) Mir Mohammad Hanief presented the vote of thanks with a special word of appreciation for Dr. Shamim Ahmad Shamim (Convener Sports Committee) and Uzair Mustafa Physical Training Instructor, Department of Physical Education of the college.
