PAMPORE: Solace International School Pulwama bagged 44 medals including 12 gold, 15 silver, and 17 bronze followed by DMPS Pampore with 28 medals including six gold, 12 silver and 10 bronze medals while Government Boys Higher Secondary Kakapora with its 18 medals included 4 gold 6 silver and 8 bronze secured the third position in the District Pulwama Pencak Silat Championship held at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Kakapora Pulwama on Monday.
Around 250 students of different areas of Pampore, Kakapora and Pulwama took part in the championship.
Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, Principal Higher Secondary School Kakapora was the guest of honour.
The two day Championship was organised by District Pulwama Pencak Silat Association under the banner of Pencak Silat Association.
