First public outreach programme after COVID

ADC Awantipora, Tehsildar listens to public grievances

PAMPORE: A programme under Block Devas was held at Pampore Block in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.
Additional Commissioner Awantipora Zaffar Husson Shawl and Tehsildar Pampore Zubair Ahmad Bhat supervised the programme.
This was first block devas here in Townhall Pampore block COVID restrictions were lifted.
A large number of locals attended the block Divas and presented a memorandum on various issues faced by the area.
Naib Tehsildar Pampore Javaid Ahmad, Tehsil official Mir Murwat Hussian and other revenue officials also present on the occasion.
During the programme ADC Awantipora Zaffar Husson Shawl and Tehsildar Pampore Zubair Ahmad Bhat listened to people of Tehsil Pampore and redressed some of their grievances on spot.
The camp was attended by a number of local people from the adjacent villages besides representatives of Auqaf Committees, Civil society members and Prominent citizens of the Tehsil Pampore.
Tehsildar Pampore Zubair Ahmad Bhat distributed income certificates among the students during the programme, Tehsil officials told Kashmir Reader.
During the programme various departments including EO Munciple Committee Pampore, AEE Jal Sakti, AEE R&B, AEE Power Department and other sectors were present on the occasion.
Tehsildar Pampore Zubair Ahmad Bhat (KAS) informed people of Tehsil Pampore that the block devas will be held in the block every Wednesday.
He appealed them to attend the programme to seek redressel of their grevience.
