Srinagar: The Elections for the post of president Gousia Sumo Service Association Hajin were held on Sunday .
On the occasion, Abdul Rashid Wani has been elected as president as he secured 88 votes, while as his opponents Mushtaq Ahmad claimed 50 votes out of 137 votes
The election was held on Sunday and all the members have cast their votes in favour of their candidates.
The results were declared at 1:00 Pm in which Abdul Rashid wani was declared winner by a margin of 38 votes.
Meanwhile Chairman Municipal Committee Hajin Irshad Ahmad Wani & Vice Chairman Wasim Yousuf Parray Congratulates Ab. Rashid Wani was reelected as President Gousia Sumo Stand Hajin. They said that Hope he will work for the betterment of Sumo Stand Hajin.
Senior leader Imtiyaz Parray also congratulated Abdul Rashid Wani for being elected as President Gousia Sumo stand Hajin .
